• NEW RELEASE  We may become frustrated with the numbers of students who have “checked out,” because we know the symptoms, but don’t always know the solutions. The good news is that there is hope and there are strategies to begin a change in the cycle of helplessness these students get caught up in.
  • NEW RELEASE Many of our students have difficulty dealing with negative emotions, fear and anger can hit them unexpectedly. Without a plan for dealing with these feelings, they can be thrown off and may react negatively. Teaching them how their brain works and how to put mindfulness practices into action will help them make better decisions.
  • NEW RELEASE  It is our job to prepare students for life, which means to instill in them the things that make life purposeful and joyful. This starts by fostering an authentic belief in our students that they are in charge of their own destiny, that the choices they make each day compound in astonishing ways, and that there are no limitations on what they might achieve in this life.
